HOUSE RULES

* NO events/parties allowed

* Maintain quietness especially during the evening & early morning. QUIET HOURS: 9PM-8AM

* Clean as you go, take care of the place as if it was your own.

* Mosquitos are unavoidable, please bring a repellant.

* Strictly NO SMOKING inside the rooms.

* Turn off switches and unplug other electronic devices when not in use.

* You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by you, your guests or any person for whom you are responsible.

* You are responsible in safe-keeping your valuables and belongings.

* Our caretaker will assist you when ever possible. Please respect them, they are family. Also, please respect their work, rest/sleep time.

* Do not take things outside the premises if it does not belong to you. Please ask permission.

* We provide reusable tupperwares and bags for groceries.

* Please conserve water, make sure faucets are properly closed.

* We will change your beddings every week if you’re staying with us long term.

**Additional charge of Php250 for every change of beddings & towels every 2-3days.
